At Video.Equipment, we want you to have an incredible renting experience with us. We know that sometimes things don’t always go as planned, and gear can mistakenly be broken or go missing. So we’ve made it easy in order to protect yourself, and us, while renting our gear.

We require 1 of 2 options to be presented when you come to pickup your rental:

  1. A 100% Refundable Deposit for the value of the rented gear, to be placed on hold of your major credit card - VISA, Mastercard or American Express. Once the gear is brought back and we’ve looked it over, giving it the thumbs up that all the pieces are there and it’s in working order, the hold gets removed.

  2. Present us a Certificate of Insurance, listing you as the Insured and us (Creative Empire Productions Inc.) as Additionally Insured and Loss Payee. The coverage limit must be for a minimum of what the value of the gear you are renting is.
